Our Staff

Quinn Millington

Owner

Quinn first came to Montgomery in December 1992. Quinn is a physical therapist and has owned several PT companies operating in the Southeast and currently provided management of PT services and Electrodiagnostic testing to hospitals and physician clinics in the Southeast. Quinn is just an average triathlete (but loves the bike!) and has completed in numerous triathlons over the years.

Hardy Sellers

Owner

Hardy came to Montgomery in 1996 as an Air Force Instructor. In 2000 he separated from the Air Force to join the staff of Vaughn Forest Church as their Administrative Pastor. In 2009, while running with a group of friends, the idea of Montgomery MultiSport was born. Hardy, Quinn and three other triathlon buddies put their heads together and opened MMS in September of 2010, desiring for Montgomery to have a locally owned run and bike shop. Hardy has competed in numerous running, cycling and triathlon events and has run the Boston Marathon twice.

Andy Steinhauer

Owner | Bike Sales

I worked at cycle escape in Montgomery for 8 years which is where I originally met Hardy and Quinn. After cycle escape closed down, I was working 2 jobs and in school but cyclists in the community were asking me to service their bikes, since there were no shops in Montgomery at the time, and I maintained a relationship with Quinn throughout 2008 to 2010. In 2010, Quinn told me they had just opened the store and needed a manager so I started managing the store in October of 2010. After about a year, Steve Windham moved to Birmingham and I asked to invest into the shop as an owner which the other owners agreed to. I have known hardy and Quinn since probably around 2000 when I first started working as a mechanic at cycle escape. I consider them both family and have thoroughly enjoyed our partnership in Montgomery Multisport.

Abby Hancock

General Manager

Born and raised in Montgomery, I was familiar with the local fun runs and the excitement of the race atmosphere. As I got older, I began to enjoy running as well as triathlons. An injury sidelined me for a couple of months and I found comfort in the couch. Before long, I stepped out of the sport completely and became very sedentary. After five years of this, I was encouraged to give running another shot. I began a walk-run-walk plan and found friends that helped encourage me. I came to Montgomery Multisport for their Digital Foot Analysis and the Video Gait Analysis. They put me in a running shoe that fit better than any product I had ever experienced. Within the next year, I completed a few triathlons and local run races including the Montgomery Half Marathon. Since then, I have found great delight in swimming, cycling, and run races of varying distances as well as triathlons. MMS has been there each step of the way with products and services to help me reach my goals.

When the opportunity to become an integral part of Montgomery Multisport was presented, I knew it would be right for me! I absolutely value the benefit of a proper shoe fit and meeting the needs of every customer whether they are just starting out or if they have been enjoying the sport for years!
